US and Canadian agents partnered with Mexico Life Realty send you qualified clients who are ready to buy or sell property in your market.

Close the Deal

Show properties, negotiate offers, and handle all the paperwork. You provide your local expertise and market knowledge to close the transaction.

Everyone Gets Paid

The commission split pays the referring partner agent and Mexico Life Realty. You keep the majority of your commission for doing the work.

Tax & Legal Requirements

Ensure you meet Mexico's tax and invoicing obligations for real estate commissions.

Active RFC Required

You must have an active RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) registered with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).

CFDI Facturas

You must be able to issue CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) facturas for all commission payments received.

IVA on Commissions

IVA (16%) applies to real estate service commissions. In northern border zones, the reduced rate of 8% applies.

ISR Reporting

Income tax (ISR) reporting is required on all commission earnings. Consult your contador for filing obligations.

2026 CFDI Compliance

Stricter penalties are now in effect for non-genuine invoices. Ensure all facturas accurately reflect services rendered.

Requirements to Join

We're looking for experienced, professional agents ready to serve international clients.

  • AMPI membership preferred

    Applications without AMPI membership are accepted but flagged for additional review

  • Active RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) number
  • Demonstrated real estate experience in Mexico
  • Active brokerage affiliation
  • Ability to issue CFDI facturas for commission payments
