Once you refer a client to these areas, you earn 10% on all their future transactions with Mexico Life Realty for life, as long as you maintain your real estate license. This includes buying additional properties, selling, or investing. For referral markets like Mazatlán, Los Cabos, or Cancún, future commissions depend on our partner agents in those locations. We cannot guarantee lifetime commissions on repeat business through other agencies.
No. You only need an active U.S. or Canadian real estate license. Mexico Life Realty holds the Mexico license. You refer, we execute under our license, you get paid. This is completely legal and standard practice for cross-border real estate referrals.
